The Purpose of Humanity is a good place to start. It’s to Continue, pretty simple.
I can make it this simple because you only have to take things to the extreme to realize this…Imagine everyone on earth collectively decided to not have kids. Well, then that’s Game Over.
Where it gets complicated is when people complicate it, like going too specific: who am I meant to marry? what am I supposed to do in life? what is my purpose this month? this day?….blah blah blah
I think going that specific is the wrong way to think about it. If you stay simple and broad, the goal is to contribute to the main purpose of Humanity, to Continue.
Any way you can contribute positively to that goal is fulfilling that purpose, and will lead to fulfillment.
The “easiest” way, or I should say the most common default way is to have Kids, and raise them well. Of course not everyone wants kids, or some can’t have kids, but it’s OK. Anything you do to support, like donate your time or money to help nurture the next generation in some way…Anything that helps Humanity continue.
If you do something like this, on the subconscious level, you will feel fulfillment and purpose.
If you want to go more specific, then you have to get into theoretical physics. Like parallel universes for example. What that essentially means is you don’t make just one decision, you make all decisions in different timelines or realities. So it’s not like you have 1 person that you are supposed to marry, there are many that could work. And it depends on the choices you make in each reality. And then that could go into another idea of do we actually make choices? Do we have control?…ahh, and further and further down the rabbit hole we can go…forever.
